The spec is showing 0 as centre bore size. Does this mean that they need to be cut to match the car? Or that they fit over the top of the hub?

The 0 center bore does not mean they will machine it to match your hub size.
This simply means that the bore has not been specified in the data we receive from OZ.
Upon order, we suggest purchasing our installation kit, and we will include the correct sized centering rings with your order to match the actual bore size of these wheels (it is verified prior to shipping).
