PAYMENT OPTIONS IN CANADA

• Eligible orders range from $35 to $30,000 CAD, including discounts, shipping and taxes.
• Orders from $35 to $50 CAD may be eligible for two interest-free biweekly payments.
• Orders from $50 to $999.99 CAD may be eligible for four interest-free biweekly payments.
• Orders from $150 to $30,000 CAD may be eligible for monthly payments over 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, depending on the purchase amount and eligibility.
• Monthly installment plans may have an APR from 0% to 31.99%, subject to provincial regulatory limitations.

("Affirm") are subject to an eligibility check and depend on purchase amount, payment terms, vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Minimum purchase and down payment may be required. Affinity

Affinity Installment Pay allows eligible Affinity credit cardholders to pay qualifying purchases in equal and consecutive monthly installments.

HOW INSTALLMENT PAY WORKS

1. Make a qualifying purchase with an eligible Affinity credit card.
2. If your purchase is eligible for an Installment Plan, Affinity will present the applicable terms, including any fees and the available repayment period.
3. If you choose to participate, your qualifying purchase is divided into equal and consecutive monthly installments over the selected payment period.

Affinity Installment Pay is available only for qualifying purchases and eligible cardholders. Interest is not charged on qualifying purchases while they remain part of an Installment Plan. Instead, Affinity charges a one-time fixed installment fee and a monthly processing fee, as disclosed to you when applicable. Eligibility, fees, repayment periods and other terms are subject to Affinity's applicable Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
