OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES  FOR: WIN A SET OF WHEELS CONTEST

Sponsor: Les Roues Wiz Inc. / Wheelwiz Inc., 2113A Rue St-Régis, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, H9B 2M9, Canada (the "Sponsor")

1. Contest Period

The "Win a Set of Wheels" Contest (the "Contest") begins on August 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET and closes on September 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons domiciled with them, are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form on this page during the Contest Period, which requires: full name, email address, province of residence, confirmation of age, and the answer to a mathematical skill-testing question, to be answered unaided. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same person, or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, will be disqualified.

By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements, agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, releases the Sponsor from any liability in connection with the Contest and the Prize, and consents, if declared the winner, to the publication of their first name, last initial, and province of residence for winner-announcement purposes.

4. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) set of wheels of the winner's choice available at wheelwiz.ca, in the form of a credit of up to a maximum of $1,600.00 CAD applied against the total purchase price of the selected set of wheels, including applicable taxes (the "Prize"). If the total price of the selected set of wheels, including applicable taxes for the winner's province, exceeds $1,600.00 CAD, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. If the total price including applicable taxes is less than $1,600.00 CAD, the Sponsor covers the entire amount and the unused difference is forfeited; it will not be awarded in cash, credit, or otherwise. The approximate retail value of the Prize is up to $1,600.00 CAD. Shipping within Canada is included and covered by the Sponsor; it does not count toward the $1,600.00 CAD maximum.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and is not convertible to cash, except that the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and at the winner's request, substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, a store credit, or a refund of equivalent value (up to $1,600.00 CAD), including as applied against a purchase made from the Sponsor prior to the Draw.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6. Winner Selection

On September 28, 2026, at the Sponsor's offices in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, each eligible entry will be assigned a unique number and one (1) entry will be selected by electronic random draw using a random number generator (the "Draw"). The answer to the skill-testing question submitted with the selected entry will then be verified. If the answer is incorrect, the entry will be disqualified and the Sponsor will conduct a new draw among the remaining eligible entries, repeating this process until an entry with a correct answer is selected.

7. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted by email at the address provided on the entry form within two (2) business days of the Draw. To claim the Prize, the selected entrant must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt. If the selected entrant cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, the entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor will select another entrant in accordance with Section 6, until the Prize is awarded or the eligible entries are exhausted.

8. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name, last initial, and province of residence will be announced in the Sponsor's newsletter following the week of September 28, 2026.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected on the entry form is collected and used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting the selected entrant, and awarding the Prize, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy available at https://wheelwiz.ca/policies/privacy-policy. Following the awarding of the Prize, the personal information of all entrants will be deleted within ninety (90) days, except (a) the information of entrants who separately consented to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor, which will be retained for that purpose until the entrant unsubscribes, and (b) the winner's information, which may be retained as necessary for record-keeping and legal compliance. Contest entry is not conditional on consenting to receive promotional emails, and entrants who do consent may unsubscribe at any time. Questions regarding personal information may be directed to the Sponsor's privacy officer at info@wheelwiz.ca.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the Contest website, email delivery, or other technical malfunction. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

11. Governing Law

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
