are these a multi fit wheel or 6x135 bolt pattern and are they the same offset at stock wheels?

These are NOT multi-fit wheels, they're made specifically for your Ford F-150.
They're hub-centric, so no centering rings are needed.
As far as the offset is concerned, it's a bit lower than the original offset.
The intent of the lower offset is to get the wheels a bit more flush to the fenders to give you a sportier look.
