As these wheels are designated “special order” - can we order them with a centre bore of 67.1 rather than the stock 76.1 ?

The special order designation only has to do with inventory locations, not with specifications.
Essentially, the wheels are designated "special order" because they have to be ordered from a US warehouse.
The specifications of the wheels are already predetermined and can't be altered.
We do offer a "hubc-centric" filter when searching by year/make/model to narrow your search down to a center bore that would match your hub size (if this is important to you)
